MaxEnergyPro respects your personal data. This page explains what we collect, why, who we pass it to and how long we keep it. The data controller is the trader whose full details are published at the foot of every page.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we record only what you filled in yourself: name, phone, email (if you gave one), the text of your message and the product you asked about. When you place an order we also record the delivery address, what was ordered and how it was paid for. We record which page you arrived from. We do not buy or sell personal data.
Card payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and **never pass through this site** — we neither see nor store them. From Stripe we receive only whether the payment succeeded and the last digits of the card.
Why we collect it
- to fulfil and deliver your order — on the basis of the contract;
- to call you back about an enquiry — because you asked us to;
- to meet accounting and tax obligations — because the law requires it;
- to measure advertising (Meta) — **only if you consented** in the cookie bar, and you can withdraw that at any time.
Who we pass it to
Only those without whom the order cannot happen: the payment provider (Stripe), the courier, the email provider, the site's hosting and — where you consented — Meta. Some of them process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months. Order and payment records: for as long as accounting and tax law requires. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, for deletion, for restriction, and you may object. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Bulgarian data protection authority (cpdp.bg).
Cookies
The site runs without advertising cookies until you consent. Consent is asked for in a bar at the bottom of the screen and can be withdrawn at any time.
