Who you are buying from
The trader's full details — company, company number, VAT number, registered address and representative — are published at the foot of every page. The phone number and email address shown there reach us.
How the contract is made
You choose an appliance, fill in the delivery details and confirm the order. The contract is made when we confirm it. Until then you can cancel with no consequences.
Payment
Two ways to pay:
- **Cash on delivery** — you pay the courier when the appliance arrives.
- **Card** — the payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never pass through this site; we neither see nor store them.
Prices are in euros and include VAT. The lev equivalent uses the fixed rate of EUR 1 = BGN 1.95583.
Availability
Stock changes during the day. If an appliance turns out to be sold after you order it, we contact you and refund the payment in full.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in Bulgaria. The time and cost are shown before you confirm the order.
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us using the contact details shown. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us; the direct cost of return is yours, except where the appliance is faulty or not what was ordered. We refund within 14 days of your notice, by the same means you paid.
Condition of goods
Appliances are new. Where one is sold without its original packaging, that is stated in its description and visible in the photos before you order.
Warranty and conformity
The statutory guarantee of conformity is 2 years from delivery. Where a longer commercial warranty applies, it is stated on the appliance. Your statutory consumer rights apply regardless.
Complaints and disputes
If something is wrong, contact us — we handle every complaint within the statutory period. If we cannot agree, you may refer the matter to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing law
Bulgarian law applies to anything not covered here.
